City Council Discusses Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) Funds

The Fairmont City Council held a workshop on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 from 4:00–6:00 p.m. in the Fairmont City Hall Council Chambers to discuss the continued allocation of Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) funds.

The Council also held a separate workshop on Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 5:00–7:00 p.m. focused on City Projects and Capital Improvements planning.

These discussions are part of the City’s long-range infrastructure planning effort. Community members with questions or feedback are encouraged to contact City Hall.
