City Council
The governing body of the City of Fairmont, consisting of a Mayor and four Council Members elected at-large. The Council sets policy, approves the budget, and oversees City operations.

AppointedReviews applications for variances, conditional use permits, plat approvals, and zoning amendments. Makes recommendations to the City Council on land use matters.

Board of Zoning Appeals
AppointedHears appeals of zoning decisions and requests for variances from zoning ordinance requirements. Authority to grant variances where strict application of the ordinance would cause undue hardship.

Park Board
